D-INFK Presence Tracing

During the coronavirus crisis all attendance at D-INFK buildings (CAB, CNB, STD, STF, UNG, UNH) has to be documented. Please complete the form below before you enter any of these D-INFK facilities: 

• your office
• a meeting room
• somebody else's office (for more than 15 minutes)

For meetings a separate list of all attendants is mandatory, unless all meeting participants file this form.

This form is only for doc­u­ment­a­tion pur­pose. It does not verify if the rules be­low are fol­lowed (which is your and your group head's re­spons­ib­il­ity):

• Presence only in exceptional cases
• 1.5m distance between persons
• Minimum space of 10m² per permanent working place
• Compliance with Download hygiene regulations (PDF, 2.6 MB).

Documenting the attendance of everyone (including students) who is present at ETH allows us to momentarily trace persons who might have been in contact with someone infected with corona at ETH and thereby to mitigate the risk of a spread.
